Chocolates and confectioneries caters to a primary target audience of children and their parents, but the business is not kiddie stuff – And the company website needed to imply as much!<\/p>\n

Being one of the most well-known\u00a0chocolate manufacturers\u00a0of the nation, we needed the website to seamlessly melt the \u2018sweet past\u2019 (the legacy) with their present-day adaptability in delivering modern tastes and preferences.<\/p>\n

Additionally, it was important for the site to look professional, not childish or whimsical. After the mandatory coffee\u2019s had been downed, the pencils sharpened and courtroom-ish drama\u2019s between the various teams settled, we started by putting down all our challenges\u00a0on a piece of paper.<\/p>\n

As we moved successfully from one goal to the next, we realized by \u2018process of elimination\u2019 that there were a couple of touchpoints we needed to take care of pronto.<\/p>\n

What we KNEW was that the new website HAD to inspire confidence and build trust among\u00a0the current and future employees\u00a0of the company. The website was designed on the concept of “Grow with Lotte” as it represented the idea\u00a0of\u00a0growing together<\/i>, be it children, employees or investors.
