SimplySquare, founded in September 2015, is a budding start up centred around Origami. Aiming to be a one stop destination for various Origami products, like Jewellery (bangles, neckpieces, chains, bracelets, anklets, etc), accessories (hair clips, waist belts, wallets, etc.), gift products and more, SimplySquare was started by Sruthakeerthi, a graduate of Marketing Management from M.O.P Vaishnav College for Women and PG Diploma in Advertising Design from ICAT.

The dream of becoming an entrepreneur and a good one at that lured Sruthakeerthi to start SimplySquare. Armed with the love of origami, the vision of starting something great and a keen interest in social media marketing, her idea of SimplySquare began to take shape.

Maximising the most of Facebook, SimplySquare is now a brand that is reaping the rewards of having an active, engaging Facebook presence. She adds on to say, ‘We are constantly reinventing our presence here to make the business better and bigger than ever before. To that end, I add more and more features on the Facebook feeds in order to facilitate online transactions directly via this platform.

Further she says, ‘for the future, it is my vision to fully exploit various social media platforms and digital marketing tools for its cost-effectiveness, efficacy and speed. The New Year looks really promising for SimplySquare, hopefully orders will start pouring in and I will also be conducting web tutorials and workshops, all the while building a brand too’!
